What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We do allow order cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. If this 4-hour window has passed, unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. You can email us at  support@lagoldmasks.com

How do I check the status of my order?

You should automatically receive a confirmation email from us once you have placed your order.  Once your order is out the door and scanned by UPS, you’ll receive another email with your tracking #. 

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

If you believe that you have received a damaged product, the wrong product or have missing items please contact us (support@lagoldmasks.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping times will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Orders typically ship out from our facilities within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

Free domestic shipping on all U.S. orders.

What if my order was shipped to the wrong address by mistake?

If you believe that you have entered a wrong address during checkout please contact us immediately at support@lagoldmasks.com. Please do your best to get this email sent within 4 hours of placing your order. If we have shipped your order already, unfortunately, the situation is out of our hands. You can contact the shipping provider once you receive your tracking number and they may be able to reroute the package. We will not be able to accommodate refunds for orders with inaccurate, customer-provided shipping information.
